Nestled in the greenery of Antwerp’s Stadspark, Café Capital is back with a fresh new look. Under the name Capital, fire takes center stage in the kitchen, led by Grillmasters winner Nick Van Hoof, who combines seasonal ingredients and pure flavors in line with his ‘less is more’ philosophy. From shared snacks like loaded nachos to flammkuchen and crayfish sandwiches, it’s perfect for a relaxed lunch or aperitif. In the evening, the menu features refined grill dishes such as cauliflower skewers with koji and sashi beef entrecote with smoked chimichurri.
