The water is home to around 170 carp, averaging 11 kg, with some reaching up to 22.5 kg. There is also a strong presence of predatory fish. The domain is carefully managed by Bas and Yanick van der Maas. Since taking over the property in early 2021, they have steadily invested in both the fish stock and the maintenance of the grounds. Improvements such as new fishing platforms, the renovation of the log cabin, and ongoing nature management ensure that the area continues to evolve while preserving its natural character.
